Dress Code
Grille Room – Casual and athletic attire are permitted. Denim allowed. Families with young children and those in athletic attire are encouraged to use this area.
The Lounge – Jackets are preferred, but not required. Athletic attire is NOT permitted in this area.
Lake Roland Room – Jackets are required. Suggested for quiet, more formal dining, Children, attending a function, must be dressed appropriately.
The Tavern – Casual and athletic attire are permitted. Denim allowed.
The Library – Generally used for cocktails prior to dinner. Jackets preferred, but not required. Athletic attire is NOT permitted in this area.
Terrace – Casual and athletic attire are allowed on the Terrace. Denim allowed.
Bar - Members using bar area must be of 18 years of age or older. Families with children under the age of 18 are encouraged to use the Grille Room for their dining needs. The dress code in the bar is informal. Tennis or Paddle attire is permitted. Denim is allowed.
General Items
L'Hirondelle is a non smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside the Tavern and on the terrace. Smoking is not permitted at the front entrance of the Clubhouse.
Men are requested not to wear hats in the Clubhouse.
There is no cell phone use inside the Clubhouse.
There is no cell phone use on the Terrace during dining hours
There is limited cell phone use at the pool/snack bar area. Users are asked to be respectful of fellow members who are dining or relaxing in the immediate area.
Reservations
You cannot be guaranteed a table in any of the dining rooms without a reservation. If you arrive without a reservation our staff will attempt to find you a table in an appropriate dining area, but cannot guarantee it. See our Reservation Policy below.
During Special Occasions, (Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Brunch), proper attire is expected for all members, their families and guests. Jackets are preferred.
In the event that The Grille is at capacity, and an overflow situation into the Lounge/and or Garden Room occurs, specific dress codes will be relaxed.
Children are expected to be kept under control by their parents. They should not be running freely through the club house at any time.
The Clubhouse is closed on Mondays. The business office is open.

Club open for Lunch 12:00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Club open for Dinner 6:00 Wednesday through Saturday
Club open for Dinner 5:30 Sunday
Family Buffet will be served on the last Sunday of each month with no ala carte dining on that evening.
Club will open for Dinner on Tuesday at 6:00 beginning
April 24th with a limited menu & $5 Burgers.
The full L’Hirondelle Club menu is available in all dining venues.
Reservation Policy
Members who plan to have meals at the Club are requested to make advance reservations whenever possible, so as to assist the management in making adequate preparations. Reservations are required for all special events. Reservations and cancellations for special events must be made within 48 hours prior to the event, and if cancellations are made within 48 hours of the event, the member will be billed a fee equal to 50% of the charge of the event.
